Such well known pictures as "The Champ", "Body and Soul", "Don King: Only in America", "The Kid from Brooklyn", "Raging Bull", and each of the Rocky movies are just a few examples of the feature films included in this filmography.

This Wednesday night is going to be a very exciting night! If you happen to be in the New York City vicinity you have a golden opportunity to see the Wise Guy Show in action! This week they will be broadcasting “live” from the International Car Show which is being held at the Javit Center . And if you're worried about parking and that ungodly toll hike the Port Authority blessed us with, there are 2 ways to beat the toll. One is to just leave New York City and the other way is NY Waterway ferries are offering free shuttle buses (you may run into Joe Rigano on one of these shuttles) that will take you to the Javit Center . If you are drive in, walking there or taking a rickshaw, The Javits Center is located on 11 th Avenue, between West 34 th & 39 th Streets. Since Vinny Pastore, John ‘Cha Cha” Ciarcia, Joe Causi, Joe Rigano and Uncle Floyd Vivino are going to be out in the field reporting, let me issue a warning, you will not be disappointed with Wednesday's show, because something unexpected and totally outrageous is bound to happen.

Wednesday is rapidly arriving and this week its going to be extra special! He fun is going to start early this week!
To start the festivities (every Wednesday is a party) around 4 pm, our favorite Wise Guys who are full of fun and mayhem, will be playing a game of “Family Feud” against the crew of “The Jay Thomas Show.” Jay's Show airs on Sirius Radio's channel 102.
If you aren't sure what exactly “The Jay Thomas Show” is, I swiped this from the Sirius web site.
The Jay Thomas Show
Weekdays 3 pm - 6 pm ET
What's the Jay Thomas Show about? Good question. Jay and his crew will talk about entertainment, current events, politics, music, real estate, stain removal and, occasionally, bodily functions. And Jay will talk about those things – and many more – with authors, politicians, beauty queens, snipers, truckers, actors, gamblers, pimps, priests, UFO spotters, athletes, people who operate tourist attractions, nut cases, musicians and swindlers, to name a few.
So listen to the Wise Guys conquer Jay Thomas' crew, relax, have a little baked ziti and at 6 pm, the fun begins under the red and white umbrella in the Italian garden which hosts The Wise Guy Show.
Here is a listing of some of the expected guests for this Wednesday nights show;
Bronx born and multi tasker extraordinaire, comedian Dean Edwards will grace the studio. A former cast member of Saturday Night Live, Dean Edwards comedy appeals to a wide range of audiences.

February 26, 2008

This night will be no different than the last 208 Wednesday nights, its the hottest party in town.
To start out tonight, the x rated (my favorite type) and controversial comedian Robert Schimmel will stop by. Best known for his appearances on HBO and The Howard Stern Show. If you don't get enough, you can catch him at Carolines on Broadway, in New York City until March 2.

He now uses the tape of that “clean” performance to challenge the vulgar stereotype associated with the show, as well as the stereotype associated with urban comics in general.
Best known for his role as Lt. Tony Rodriquez on the television series, NYPD Blue, Esai Morales, will be stopping by.

Peter Falk is best known a television's Columbo, where he played a shabby and ostensibly absent-minded police detective, who always solved his cases. Columbo's signature technique was to exit the scene of an interview, only to stop in the doorway to ask a suspect "just one more thing" (the title of his recent memoir), which always brought to light the key inconsistency. The role won him five Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe. To see Peter Falk's artwork, visit his website.
